With this deal, you don't have to decide yet when to go. Just purchase a voucher and then call us directly at 888-750-6964 to make a reservation for your desired travel dates. Your receipt will be your voucher—please reference your name and order info from your receipt when making reservations.
Ground Rules for Austin and Hana, Maui Vouchers
- Entire value must be used in a single visit
- Reservations are required and subject to availability\
- Cancellation/re-scheduling policy of 10 days applies
- Credits from vouchers may not be combined, including per person credits for use by a single individual
- Not valid toward existing or room block reservations, or group reservations
- Voucher subject to forfeiture
- Travaasa Experiential Resorts are non-smoking properties
- Travaasa Austin requires all guests to be 16 and older (Travaasa Hana allows children in the Garden View Suites. Sea Ranch Cottages are 16 and up)
- $50 for additional guests staying in the same room (limit 2). Does not grant additional credits
- Parking is complimentary
Promotional Value vs. Face Value
Promotional Value is the advertised combined room rate and credit—the voucher. This is valid for stays booked by the stated expiration dates. After those dates, the face value, or amount that was paid for the voucher, may be redeemed toward stays at the respective properties until December 13, 2020.
Austin Vouchers
Eligible Dates for Austin Vouchers
- Vouchers are available for purchase through December 13, 2014
- Offers valid for arrivals through February 28, 2015
- Not available: December 10–13, 2014, January 12–13 and 27–28, 2015, and February 2–4, 2015
- Face value valid through December 13, 2020.
Midweek vs. Weekend & Room Types
- Austin Midweek stays are eligible Sunday–Thursday nights.
- Weekend stays are eligible Friday and Saturday nights.
- All stays are for Nature Nook or Nature Room with two (2) queen beds.
- An upgrade to best available room will be available for $29 per night at booking for both one and two night stays
1-Night Austin Stays Include:
- 1-night accommodation for 2 people in a Nature Nook or Nature Room with two (2) queen beds.
- One $25 Spa Credit per person per stay toward a 50-min. (or longer) treatment
- One $25 Private Activity Credit per person per stay toward a private or semi-private class
- One $25 (total) Food & Beverage Credit at The Preserve Kitchen + Bar toward lunch or dinner
2-Night Austin Stays Include:
- 2-nights accommodation for 2 people in a Nature Nook or Nature Room with two (2) queen beds.
- One $25 Spa Credit per person per stay toward a 50-min. (or longer) treatment
- One $25 Private Activity Credit per person per stay toward a private or semi-private class

Hana, Maui Vouchers

- Vouchers are available for purchase through December, 13 2014
- Offers valid for arrivals through November 30, 2015
- Not available for stays December 22, 2014 through January 5, 2015
- Face value valid through December 13, 2020
Mokulele Flight Credits
There are no credits or exchanges for unused Mokulele Airlines flights. If you'd like to combine vouchers for a longer stay, please contact reservations for available options at 866-976-1066.
3-Night Hana Stays Include:
- 3-nights accommodation for 2 people in a Garden Suite or Sea Ranch Cottage, dependent on voucher.
